I think as this trip unfolds you may discover more shades of grey hidden within the orange and green that stand out at first glance. Northern Ireland has been at peace for well over a decade now but reconcilliation still remains a hurdle on many fronts. There are many facets to each situation. What is a terrorist to one person is a freedom fighter to another. This is true all over the world. I’m looking forward to exploring these issues with you in the coming weeks.
