The staff is actively planning our month-long stay in Armagh Northern Ireland during the month of July 2013. New additions this year include overnight stays in Belfast and Dublin, where students will meet and study with local writers as well as have time visit these two very different cities. Students who are attending can start thinking about how they want to pack for the trip. You are generally limited to one 50 pound suitcase, one carry-on and one personal bag. (Check with your airline for specific information about their requirements.) Don’t forget to allow room for bringing things home with you. And, don’t forget to include your laptop in your bag calculations.

Bring good walking shoes, clothes that can be layered, rain gear and a good travel bag. The weather in Armagh stays between cool and warm, but it rains frequently.
